Emily Green is an artist, illustrator, designer, creative director, entrepreneur and teacher.
Emily started her company in 2003, creating functional everyday table tops for kids with her original artwork. Her designs quickly took off and Emily's products sold in over 4,000 retail outlets, from Barney’s to Wal-Mart and FAO Schwartz.
Prior to launching her brand, Emily worked as a freelance illustrator for multiple national outlets, including LA Times and Chicago Tribune. She co-created and sold two animated series to Hallmark Entertainment and Rugrats, creators Klasky Csupo.
Emily was born in Detroit, Michigan and lives in Los Angeles with her delightful, artistic teenage daughter, Daisy - her original inspiration for Emily Green - The World of Imagination.
Founder of the design brand Emily Green - The World of Imagination, she holds a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design.
Emily develops and facilitates inspiring, wholesome and customized fresh ideas to kids of all ages. Her fun, lighthearted and whimsical approach to innovation, design, concepts and products have resulted in successful product lines for global markets. Brimming with energy, Emily is often called to consult and collaborate with educators and companies, using her wildly creative vision to spark innovative thinking and to initiate out-of-the-box visual solutions.
